
Front Office Manager

At Domo Ventures W.L.L., we are seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead our Reception team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a dynamic and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operation, including team management, guest service, and daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and motivating a team of Receptionists to deliver outstanding service
- Overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to check-out, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions
- Managing daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control
- Collaborating with the Sales team to generate group bookings and increase revenue
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the Reception team
- Handling guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., reservation systems, POS)
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences
