Job Description:

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain is an ultra-luxury property that offers a unique experience as the "Palace of the Secret Garden." We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Luxury Villa Host to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all villas are properly cleaned and set up at all times, adhering to Raffles' Standard Operating Procedures and LQA standards.
  • Maintain health and safety requirements, including personal knowledge of chemical usage in Housekeeping.
  • Audit records for residences, such as OS&E inventory, assets, and other applicable items.
  • Manage linen, towels, and OE item par levels, ensuring they are current and aligned with inventory.
  • Process lost and found articles properly and maintain accurate logs as per the L&F SOP.
  • Recommend measures to minimize material and amenity wastage in the department.
  • Exhibit security awareness throughout the hotel, reporting incidents to the appropriate Manager when necessary.
  • Meet special requests, particularly for families visiting our resorts with children.
  • Clean and maintain all working equipment used by yourself.
  • Report any damage or loss in a villa immediately after discovery.
  • Remove room service clearance from the villa promptly.
  • Report suspicious persons, sleep-outs, and 'Do Not Disturb' notices to the Rooms Department.

Personalization and Guest Experience:

  • Prior to guest arrival, read correspondence and search the guest profile to personalize the villa for each guest.
  • Welcome and greet guests at the conservatory, proposing a resort tour while driving them to their villa, sharing their itineraries, and offering unpack and pack service during villa orientation.
  • Coordinate guest preferences during their stay with the FO team, Food and Beverage, Spa, laundry departments, and management team.

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage with guests to anticipate their needs.
  • Commitment to meet and exceed all performance standards.

  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ability to work with a multi-cultural workforce.
