We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our Core Business Services team.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to a small group of Partners and Executives, organizing and managing comprehensive diaries, travel, and accommodation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Screening emails, responding and/or actioning as required;
  2. Preparing expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis;
  3. Screening phone calls and messages with attention to detail.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all work;
  • Collaborating with people from various teams;
  • Developing their career in a dynamic organization.
