Job Summary
The Pest Control Sales and Business Development Strategist is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships in the pest control industry.
This role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and developing strategic partnerships to increase revenue.
The manager also plays a key role in market research, contract negotiation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored pest control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to assess pest control needs.
- CLOSE SALES DEALS AND MANAGE CONTRACTS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Market Research & Strategy:
- CONDUCT MARKET ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY TRENDS, COMPETITORS, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
- STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY REGULATIONS, PEST CONTROL PRODUCTS, AND BEST PRACTICES.
- DEVELOP MARKETING STRATEGIES IN COLLABORATION WITH THE MARKETING TEAM TO PROMOTE SERVICES.
Client Relationship Management:
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, ENSURING HIGH CUSTOMER RETENTION.
- PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT AND FOLLOW-UP SERVICES TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
- ADDRESS CUSTOMER CONCERNS AND PROVIDE TAILORED PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS.
Partnership & Business Expansion:
- ESTABLISH PARTNERSHIPS WITH PROPERTY MANAGERS, FACILITY MANAGERS, HOSPITALITY BUSINESSES, AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with clients and vendors.
- COLLABORATE WITH SERVICE TEAMS TO ENSURE TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of pest control services, industry standards, and regulations.
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
