Job Description:

The Sales Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop effective plans to capitalize on them.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skillset: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and team management skills.
