The ideal candidate will lead the entire culinary operation, encompassing planning, organization, training, and leadership of all back-of-house (BOH) operations for multiple restaurants.

Main Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Preparation: Set up the kitchen prior to opening, ensuring all equipment and stations are ready for service.
  • Cooking Station Management: Prepare your assigned kitchen station, bringing all necessary food containers to that point in the line.
  • Cooking and Presentation: Cook a specific portion of each plated meal, focusing on presentation and maximizing customer enjoyment.
  • Food Preparation and Cleaning: Assist with marinating, cutting, and precooking foods, while cleaning and sanitizing your area with warm water and soap.
  • Shift Closing Tasks: Clean the kitchen before closing, wrapping unused items and storing them properly at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary Qualification: Qualified from a culinary school.
  • Experience: Past experience working in a similar role.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work well in a team, with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
  • Passion for Excellence: Passion for delivering great food and service.
