As a customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include generating sales and providing a positive interaction with customers, as well as performing various operational duties assigned by the store management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment by adhering to store standards
  • Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions
  • Represent a positive attitude towards the brand and company
  • Assume and complete other duties as assigned by management
  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets
  • Satisfactorily complete all duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

  • A friendly and engaging personality, comfortable working with the general public
  • Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
  • Confident, helpful, and polite, physically fit

  • 4-5 years' experience in the fashion industry
