We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Admin Officer to join our team at Qureos. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Onboarding
We require someone with exceptional communication skills to conduct interviews, reference checks, and negotiate employment offers. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into our company culture.
Employee RelationsYou will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and effectively while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
HR AdministrationMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management, and manage employee leave and attendance records.
Performance ManagementCoordinate the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans, and assist in preparing monthly payroll for the group.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education and Experience
A BS degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with experience in administration and/or HR-related works.
Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports, analyze and solve problems, organize resources, establish priorities, maintain confidentiality, and use word processing and/or data entry software.
