Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to lead our commercial operations in the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  2. Manage all market data and sales pipeline activity in the company.
  3. Identify new product opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, market expansion, or sales leadership within the composite manufacturing or related industry.
  • Skills:
  1. Strong business acumen and commercial skills.
  2. Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
  3. Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
