Job Description

As a Business Development Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team to develop future and repeat business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads to maximise revenue
  • Understanding fully the hotel amenities, packages, and promotions
  • Generating and developing sales leads and contacting potential clients to build business relationships
  • Producing quotations and written confirmation to all clients
  • Providing accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To successfully fill this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a high level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets. Additionally, you should have excellent organisational and administration skills.
