Odoo Business Development Representative

As a dynamic and innovative individual, we invite you to join Tecpill as an Odoo Sales and Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition and engagement process, working closely with our marketing partners to expand our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
3. Manage the sales pipeline, maintaining and updating customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
4. Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.
5. Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo solutions that meet specific client needs.
6. Analyze client needs, map them to Odoo's features, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
7. Provide market insights and client feedback to inform strategic business decisions.
8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
9. Liaise with Odoo headquarters and external partners for updates, training, and compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
Strong interest in sales and technology solutions is essential.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
Ability to quickly learn and explain complex software features is crucial.
Proactive and self-motivated individuals with a customer-centric approach are highly valued.
Prior experience in sales and marketing roles is advantageous.
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, is a plus.
