Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business reviews to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Maintain continuous communication with vendors to provide excellent service and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure menu updates, price parity, and assortment consistency across all vendors.
  • Optimize vendor operations to improve coverage area, delivery time, and preparation time.
  • Discuss branding options with stores to enhance customer acquisition and brand recognition.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales or equivalent role.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
