About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at ELAMES TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY W.L.L. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities through regular communication and engagement.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to make informed sales decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Coordinator to assign priorities and daily tasks, ensuring seamless execution of sales objectives.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Administrator/Coordinator to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Specifications (Requirements)
Qualification: Graduate level or equivalent degree in a related field.
Special Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Experience: 4 years+ of experience in field sales, preferably in the Retail industry.
