Job Description

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to manage our day-to-day administrative functions.

This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an administrative setting and a university degree in a related field.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes are key responsibilities of this position. Additionally, the successful candidate will collect and analyze data for assigned projects and reports, utilizing best practices for document registration, processing, and maintenance.

Maintaining an organized office environment and adhering to company policies and procedures are critical aspects of this role. The successful candidate will also participate actively in meetings to provide administrative support and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key skills required for this position include strong written and spoken English proficiency, proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks, and knowledge of archive management procedures. Familiarity with reception and intercom devices is also necessary. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy are crucial in this role.
