Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our automotive services team at Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo B.S.C. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize workshop operations to minimize turnaround time and maximize productivity.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control workshop expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain optimal profitability.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate manpower and equipment to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of workshop equipment.
  • Workflow Optimization: Continuously improve workshop workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering timely and high-quality services.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
  • Proficiency in operating workshop equipment and tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work performance.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and identify solutions.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 6 – 8 years of experience as Assistant Workshop Manager or Workshop Supervisor.
  • Mid-Senior level employment.
  • Full-time position.
