Clinical Expertise in Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in our ICU and in-patient units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing advanced medical equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
- Support patients through rehabilitation plans, assisting with mobility, therapy participation, and daily living activities.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery goals, and ongoing care needs.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ICU, in-patient care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in critical care, post-acute care, and patient rehabilitation support.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
