Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Operations Manager located in Manama. The Clinic Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing clinic staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating with various departments, developing and implementing policies, monitoring budgets, and ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery.

  • Skills in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in budget management and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare consultancy field is a plus
