Job Description:

At Azadea Group, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Manager 2, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by leading our sales team and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide expert advice to customers to ensure their purchase decisions meet quality and customer service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Shop/Department team to monitor performance and suggest corrective actions when needed.
  • Assign tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators to optimize activity efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Shop/Department Manager to maintain inventories and place product orders for effective stock management.
  • Support the development of staff schedules to match manpower needs with operational requirements.
