Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PC Refresh Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the modernization of technology systems that support critical Navy operations, ensuring warfighters have access to reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in related fields and hold an active US Government issued Secret clearance. They should also be proficient with Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as familiar with hardware, imaging, and deployment tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the deployment of new hardware as a service device (desktops, laptops, peripherals) as part of the EUHWaaS task order.
  • Configure systems per baseline image specifications, ensuring all new devices are set up with required applications, operating systems, and security settings.
  • Track and manage hardware inventory throughout the refresh lifecycle, documenting asset details, serial numbers, and disposition of old equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of the refresh process, including system configurations, user data migration, and inventory tracking.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Related experience of at least 2 years.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
  • OEM network or OS certification.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with hardware, imaging, and deployment tools.
