Sales Manager – Renewable Energy & Sustainability

Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and expand our business in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry insight, local market experience, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and profitability goals


• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and green technology sectors


• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure


• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government agencies across Bahrain and the GCC


• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and lead tender processes


• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and market analysis to management


• Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of awarded projects


• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry networking platforms


• Monitor sales KPIs, prepare reports, and continuously refine strategies for business development

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline


• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or technology-based industries


• Strong understanding of the Bahraini and wider GCC markets with an established professional network


• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex client accounts


• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills


• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage


• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems


• Prior experience with government tenders and public-private partnership projects preferred


• Background in technical sales, EPC, or ESCO contracting is an advantage
