  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

  • Implement and maintain best practices to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Address and resolve any operational issues that arise promptly.

  • **Customer Service**:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

  • Support staff in dealing with difficult customers and resolving conflicts.

  • **Inventory and Stock Management**:

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock.

  • Monitor stockroom organization and ensure proper stock rotation.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.

  • **Safety and Compliance**:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the floor.

  • Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for staff.

  • Report and document any incidents or hazards promptly.

  • **Performance Management**:

  • Conduct performance evaluations for floor staff and provide constructive feedback.

  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance and address any performance issues.

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
