Job SummaryThe Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the outlet, supervising and training personnel, and ensuring that all procedures are met to deliver exceptional service in accordance with our standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual F&B Department Business Plan in consultation with the Restaurant Manager.
- Oversee all outlets, conference and banquets, and room service operations.
- Coordinate with other operations departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and achieve department goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement business strategies, control costs, and provide guest satisfaction in all Food and Beverage revenue centers.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all procedures are met to deliver service in accordance with our standards, while controlling expenses and labor costs without compromising quality.
