**Job description**:

- Responsible for all IT related matters in CIT.
- Responsible for implementation and project management of all fintech products.
- IT maintenance and service.
- Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives.
- Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.
- Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong business knowledge and qualifications to provide business analysis.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.
- Sound knowledge of IT systems, specifications, networks, and servers.
- Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Project planning and management skills.
- Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic use of IT staff.
- Excellent leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate to tech-savvy and non-technical staff.

**Salary**: BD1,500.000 per month

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
