- Manage information technology infrastructure, networking, server, cctv, pbx.
- Manage and solve tickets and daily support requests by end users.
- Corporate with vendors through purchase/maintenance etc opening tender.
- Corporate with SLA partners in order to achieve business goals within used CRM & ERP.
- Study executive and management departments needs and provide suggestions on the best ways to achieve them.
- Overlook website security.
