**Operations Manager (Multi-Brand Food Service Outlets)**

We are seeking experienced Operations Managers with expertise in training, leadership, demand planning, and multi-brand management to ensure consistent quality across all our outlets.

**Summary**

As the Operations Manager, you will spearhead the operational strategy and training initiatives for our multi-location, multi-brand food service outlets. Your role will focus on driving quality assurance, optimizing demand planning, and promoting and motivating a culture of high efficiency among our teams to achieve customer satisfaction across all brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leadership and Training: Mentor, coach, and empower outlet managers and staff across multiple brands to uphold quality standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards in food quality, service delivery, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction across all brands and locations.
- Demand Planning and Inventory Management: Develop and execute demand forecasting and inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure efficient supply chain operations for all brands.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations and brands, ensuring adherence to company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and cost savings across all brands. Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards across all brands and locations.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations and quality service delivery for all brands.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the food service industry, with a strong background in multi-location and multi-brand management, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in implementing quality assurance programs and driving compliance with standards across diverse brands and locations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams in a multi-brand setting.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with restaurant management software.

**Additional Information**:
