**Qualification**: Diploma or University Degree in any disciplient

The Document Controller generally carries out clerical and administrative duties in the Engineering Department and report to Project Manager. The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- Assist Project Manager and other engineers in cataloging all inward and outward documents - specifications, drawings, orders, general correspondence, reports and work sheets
- Compilation of bid documents and other documentation of projects undertaken by the Company
- Prepare report for man power, offer/order summary for the project where he is working and submit to Project Manager
- Assist Project Manager for preparing material submittals
- Attend to outward mail ( Hand deliveries, Overseas Courier Services, General Post and Fax)
- General office administration works, maintenance of files and records
- Attend to any other related work entrusted by Project Manager

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riffa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
