**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ** Remotely**
- Address user inquiries related to platform functionality, technical issues, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with a focus on efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Assist customers in addressing product inquiries, order processing, returns, and general queries.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with a high degree of patience and empathy.
- Maintain a consistently friendly and positive demeanour during customer interactions, striving to surpass customer expectations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our platform's features, capabilities, and technology stack.
- Stay updated on software updates, new features, and best practices.
- Educate users on platform functionality, guiding them through complex technical processes.
- Stay abreast of product features, pricing, and promotional offerings.
- Proactively educate customers about our offerings, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Efficiently process customer orders, meticulously verifying accuracy.
- Monitor and provide regular order status updates to customers.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to address order-related issues expeditiously.
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users, ensuring swift and accurate solutions.
- Escalate complex technical problems to specialized teams, when necessary, while maintaining communication with users.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with users and internal teams.
- Provide step-by-step instructions and technical guidance to users, ensuring comprehension.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to share knowledge and expertise.
- Solicit user feedback and report it to the development and product teams for continuous platform enhancement.
- Identify recurring issues and propose process enhancements.

**Job Requirements**

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; college education is advantageous.

Previous experience in customer service is considered a valuable asset.

Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.

Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in the use of computer software and CRM systems.

Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
