Call Center Representative

Manama, Bahrain The 1 Percent Full time

We are looking for a professional call center representative to provide outstanding service to the customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with different products and services. The call center representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with queries or complaints
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers and offering services
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information
- Meeting performance targets set by management
- Identifying and escalating priority issues or concerns to relevant departments
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and products
- Providing feedback on customer experiences to customers and management
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
- Bahraini national preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From BD500.000 per month
