HR and Admin Assistant

**Position Summary**
Provide HR & Admin functions, including recruitment, induction program, employee engagement, performance appraisal, payroll, time attendance, staff benefits, and administration support services. To provide first-hand information to Managers, Superiors, Admin Support Staff and most important to be a role model to enhance the smooth running of HR & Admin Functions within Alzayani Investments and the Division policies and procedures.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Updating contact lists time to time.
- Receiving walk in job seekers in an appropriate manner.
- Arranging all joining formalities for new joiners as per the Employment Check List.
- Preparing & arranging of all Administration correspondence, in line with company policy.
- Input employee information into the system, Time Attendance System & update as and when required.
- Following up and coordinating for all Administration Support Services pertaining to Ministry of Labor, Immigration, CPR, Embassies etc.
- Controlling all HR files, personnel files & share folders, ensuring they are maintained and updated regularly.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills and abilities to interact with all levels of management & employees.
