Katch Kan Bahrain is hiring for a successful and dynamic Business Development/Sales Manager who is willing to exhibit the company values of being Reliable, Responsible, Responsive, Respectful and Results.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Comply with internal policies and procedures and ethical standards
- Participate in regular conference calls to update sales activities and submit sales reports and information as required
- Meet all required deadlines and achieve required metrics and targets for sales levels, follow ups
- Attend and actively participate in trade shows as required
- Plan budgets and manage expenses professionally and responsibly, adhering to company policies
- Assist Manager in setting sales expectations/targets, including customer expectations and plans, for the territory
- Achieve attainable quarterly targets for growth for appropriate territory
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and opportunities in the marketplace
- Utilize the CRM program to generate proposals and track customer information meeting all required completion deadlines
- Ensure effective sales coverage in assigned territory through regularly scheduled sales trips to current and potential customers at regional offices, and certified distributorships
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention rates
- Provide the latest service and product information with emphasis on industry advantage, quality standards, certifications, pricing and delivery
- Effectively manage assigned inventories
- Identify market trends which may affect products, pricing and delivery
- Investigate and resolves customer problems with quotes and deliveries, including quality issues
- Ensure all quotes, orders, invoices and shipping are handled in a timely manner
- Provide management with sales analysis to support operational decision making
- Assist with other projects and duties as directed

**Education & Experience**
- Degree in Business or related field
- 3 to 5 plus years’ sales experience in the oil and gas environment
- Experience with CRM development and maintenance would be an asset
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
- Skills to meet all sales goals and objectives, including the preparation of sales quotes and budgets
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of industry and ability to evaluate market trends.
- MS-Office literate and good computer skills.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
