Job Role
- Perform a variety of Executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned by the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Arranges travel, hotels and visas; prepares itineraries; compiles and maintains travel for CEO and other employees.
- Taking minutes of the meeting.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and give briefing to the CEO.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

REQUIREMENT
- Male with pleasant personality.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/Communication or Equivalent.
- Master Degree will be plus point
- ILETS or TOFEL (preferred)
- Highly skilled in copywriting, business communication and report writing.
- 3 years of experience in an executive support role.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform multitask works with limited supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software.

**Salary**: Up to BD400.000 per month

**Experience**:

- EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT: 3 years (required)
