Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Arrange and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, progress, and action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
- Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address potential issues or challenges.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in project management or event planning is a plus.
