**About the Role**

The Administration Assistant will provide administration support services to the CEO. The role will complete a range of administration tasks as directed by the CEO.

**Key responsibilities**
- Complete errands for the CEO such as dropping off and collecting mails, complete venue bookings,
- Assist other team members with completing administration task as directed by the CEO.
- Providing general administration support
- Providing assistance with event management activities

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in administration role
- Previous experience in working as a personal assistant to a senior manager highly regarded
- Experience in customer service highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in professional and friendly manner
- Ability to multitask requests, events, systems and deadlines
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
