Administrator and Research Assistant

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage expense payments and budget.
- Handle basic bank affairs including deposits and payments.
- Maintain a smooth office through administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Ensure efficient mail delivery and pickup.
- Coordinate with other offices.
- Conduct bi-weekly searches for relevant local news on designated sites.
- Summarize gathered information into concise reports using provided template.
- Monitor and schedule maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Experience in secretarial/administration role.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluent in English.
