**We are hiring on behalf of our client in Bahrain for an Office Administrator.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office activities, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain records, files, and important documents.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and suppliers professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.
- Assist the team with basic administrative tasks and meeting preparations.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and well-maintained.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
