**Demi Chef de Partie (CENTRAL KITCHEN - PRODUCTION UNIT)**

**What You’ll Do**
- Report to work on time and check the schedule the day before.
- Attend daily 15 minutes training.
- Effectively operates the department with or without Chef De Partie.
- Attends daily briefing with Chef De Partie.
- Prepares the daily production charts with the Chef De Partie; makes sure that quantities are filed incorrectly and production is made accordingly; A par stock to be established to avoid over production.
- Prepares order for storeroom according to production charts.
- Follows and supervises Commis I and others in their work.
- Promotes and maintains effective communication between Supervisor and each other.
- Checks if all items are made according to use records.
- Conducts a taste panel on a regular basis with the Chef De Partie.
- Checks food presentation, standards and adequate set up for each brand requirements.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards.
- Follows procedures with the use of cleaning supplies.
- Maintains the sanitary standards and “Clean as you go” policy.
- Attends all kitchen meetings and comes up with the feedback and or suggestions.
- Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 48 hours per week
**GROOMING**
- Always maintains short hair and clean fingernails. No beard is allowed.
- No watches or rings or other jewelry to be worn during work.
- Never goes home with Kitopi’s uniforms

**Experience**:
- Previous experience working in a similar environment is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Innovative
- Proactive and reliable
- Able to work alone and within a team.
Education or Certification
- Good level of English is essential.
