Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Development Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth from the Arabian market. This individual will develop and implement a sales strategy for the target market that aligns with our overall hotel strategy. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Saudi Arabian market, generate leads and identify potential new business opportunities, and achieve set targets to deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the target market that aligns with our overall hotel strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Saudi Arabian market
  • Generate leads and identify potential new business opportunities, including group business, MICE, and leisure segments
  • Achieve set targets to deliver excellent results
  • Attend relevant trade events and exhibitions and represent our hotel to potential clients
  • Collaborate with other departments, including F&B, Revenue Management, and Operations, to ensure an excellent guest experience

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in the Arabian market
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • The ability to think strategically and develop plans that align with our overall hotel strategy
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive business growth
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
