Key Account Growth Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Growth Executive to join our Business Development Department at ELAMES TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY W.L.L. As a key member of our team, you will focus on driving sales growth through strategic account management and developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of field sales experience, a graduate-level education or equivalent, and fluency in English. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a deep understanding of commercial sales principles, will make you a top contender for this role.
Responsibilities will include managing personal time to optimize external customer visits, ensuring Pipe Drive is updated regularly, and maintaining commercial terms aligned with company policies. You will also be responsible for prioritizing tasks for the Commercial Coordinator and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless order processing.
A successful Key Account Growth Executive will demonstrate a proven ability to grow key accounts, introduce innovative sales strategies, and contribute to the growth of our commercial sales department.
