Bank ABC seeks to recruit an Administrative Assistant with a Financial Analysis background in the Group Finance Department based in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Group Finance, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating holding meetings.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the calendar, tasks, and email priorities of the Head of Department and business travel for dept (Finance and Strategy).
- Facilitating holding meetings, identifying action points, and tracking progress.
- Preparing background information required for the meetings of the Head of Department.
- Monitoring department expenses each month and escalating items of significance.
