Sales Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at ELAMES TRADING & CONTRACTING COMPANY W.L.L. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our Retail industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Agree on Commercial Sales Targets with management and take necessary actions to achieve them.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Identify potential projects and secure enquiries to maximize business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Manage personal time to visit customers regularly and ensure Pipe Drive is updated daily.
- Commercial Terms Management: Ensure commercial terms align with company policies and procedures.
- Closure of Sales: Focus on closing sales with customers and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Task Assignment and Support: Assign priorities and daily task lists to the Commercial Coordinator and provide support as needed.
- Order Processing: Collaborate with the Administrator/Coordinator to hand over relevant information to the Production Marble Manager, Bcon, and Import Manager for order processing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and report on significant high-potential customer orders.
- Departmental Development: Proactively contribute to the growth and development of the Commercial Sales Department by introducing new sales opportunities and strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Specifications (Requirements)
Qualification: Graduate level or equivalent degree in a related field.
Special Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Experience: 4 years+ of experience in field sales, preferably in the Retail industry.
Employment Type: Full-time position.
