The Role

We are expanding our commercial team and seeking a talented Sales Business Developer to support our ambitious growth plans. Reporting to our Regional Commercial Director, you will work closely with our commercial team to drive the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.
  • Cold-call and email prospects to build and develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify all inbound marketing leads to identify if their needs and requirements match the company's product offerings.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems (or a related field).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
