
Strategic Enterprise Growth Specialist

The role of Enterprise Sales Professional is a key position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth across various industries.
- Job Description:
- Develop and execute territory plans to prioritize outreach and prospecting efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers in the enterprise sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through local marketing, industry events, and client engagement
- Closure of contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field engineers and customer success representatives, to propose solutions that address customer business challenges
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
- Experience in open-source technology and enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and motivate oneself to achieve results in a distributed team environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and interactions throughout the sales cycle
- Develop new pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins
- Strong technical knowledge of open-source technologies and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and motivate oneself to achieve results in a distributed team environment
