Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed
