Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and customer engagement.

  • Marketing Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, objectives, and values.">
  • Paid Search Campaign Enhancement: Optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and return on investment.">
  • Influencer Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the skincare and beauty industry, fostering collaborations that drive campaign success.">
  • Content Creation and Deployment: Develop high-quality, engaging content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and consistency.">
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, informing marketing decisions and strategies.">
  • Budget Management and Allocation: Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.">
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.">
  • Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Ensure all clients receive exceptional service, accurate information, and timely feedback, driving customer loyalty and retention.">
  • Competitive Analysis and Market Expansion: Analyze competitors' operations and develop direct sales programs to expand new markets, leveraging sales aids, advertising, promotional programs, and field services.">
  • Training and Development Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of the branch's training and development plan, enhancing employee skills and capabilities.">
  • Performance Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and analytics to the Sales Manager, highlighting key performance indicators, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.">

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or retail industry.">
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.">
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and social media.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.">
  • Knowledge of the Bahraini market and regulatory environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.">
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
