- The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Cloud services into existing infrastructure and workflows, promoting seamless delivery and support.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a technically inclined individual to take ownership of optimizing Cloud service performance, identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks to guarantee reliability and scalability.
- Implement and manage the delivery of Cloud services, including setup, configuration, and maintenance, to meet subscriber needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Cloud services into existing infrastructure and workflows.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices, to facilitate the delivery and support of Cloud services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Project Management Professional certification.
