We are seeking an experienced Global Automotive Export Sales Strategist to join RESO. In this role, you will drive sales growth and expand market presence for our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for spare parts in international markets.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including prospecting and lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners globally. Address customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding spare parts and their applications.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, product trends, and customer needs in different regions. Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.

International Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation required for international shipments. Coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to manage shipments and resolve any export-related issues.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and distributors. Prepare proposals and quotations for spare parts and related services.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the inventory, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts. Collaborate with marketing to develop support materials for global markets.

Training and Support: Stay updated on product knowledge and technological advances in the field of spare parts. Reporting and forecasting are also essential parts of this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a similar role with a proven track record in Export Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets and export regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
