Fleet Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our fleet sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients for fleet sales opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organisations, conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored fleet solutions.
  • Sales Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, highlighting the value proposition of First Motors' vehicle offerings, negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable fleet sales agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales service, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Achievement of Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the fleet sales division, stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-5 years of experience in fleet sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in the commercial vehicle segment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
