
Strategic Office Coordinator

**Job Purpose**: Provide administrative support to the Corporate Strategy and Support VP by handling daily office tasks and managing general administrative activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Liaise with Bahrain Airport Company to handle requests and queries from managers and employees
- Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and record-keeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Initiate/follow up on work orders for various office needs
- Support new employee onboarding and set up computer equipment and access
- Coordinate payroll and assist employees with time reporting
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- 1-2 years of working experience
