**Job Purpose**: Provide administrative support to the Corporate Strategy and Support VP by handling daily office tasks and managing general administrative activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Liaise with Bahrain Airport Company to handle requests and queries from managers and employees
  • Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and record-keeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Initiate/follow up on work orders for various office needs
  • Support new employee onboarding and set up computer equipment and access
  • Coordinate payroll and assist employees with time reporting

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • 1-2 years of working experience
