Job Overview:
Gulf University, Kingdom Of Bahrain is seeking an Executive Office Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Take minutes of meetings and distribute them accordingly. Implement and maintain office systems, including filing and databases. Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange appointments, and organize events. Handle incoming mail and other material, set up filing systems, and collate information. Liaison with internal and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and coordination of information flow.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. At least 2 years of experience in various secretary roles. Excellent English language skills. Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office software. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to type 60 words per minute. Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques, and ability to manage time effectively.
