Job Title: Business Development Executive for Sales Growth

Company Overview: RESO is a dynamic organization that thrives on innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets by ensuring daily prospecting, cold calls, and customer visits adhere to company standards.
  • Qualify customer requirements and submit quotations accordingly, following company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate daily call reports, hot prospects, lost orders, and monthly reports to track progress.
  • Update the customer database in the company system and utilize it to enhance referrals and sales.
  • Develop a strong product knowledge base, staying informed about competition models, features, and utilizing this information to boost sales conversion ratios.
  • Pursue credit approvals from finance for customers and convert them into sales.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with corporates to drive sales growth.
  • Offer test drives to new customers, emphasizing new models to build confidence and close deals.
  • Participate actively in sales campaigns and marketing activities to amplify sales performance.
  • E nsure timely car deliveries to customers and follow the new car delivery process.
  • Follow up with customers post-sales as part of the sales process.
